a canadian treat i mention fondly, my british man decided something needed to be done.
cheese curd being hard to find here, wensleydale subbed in nicely. homemade veggie tamari gravy was delish, a la Vegetarian Meat and Potatoes Cookbook. and the chips, perfection, skins on, proper shoestring fries.
hot and cheesy, these pommes frites were finished off slowly, and washed down with cider, pretty alright combo.
